“I have never had such a wonderful experience at the optometrist. Everyone in the office was so incredibly nice and professional. The appointment ran on time and was very efficient without being rushed. They were kind and patient with performing the tests without any indication of rushing or being annoyed with hesitant answers or blinking. I really appreciated the focus on the medical aspect of eye care, the doctor was very careful when going over my medical history and medications, explaining which could impact my eye health, etc. and addressing my concerns clearly. The doctor also offered and had no negative reaction to putting on a mask when she saw I was wearing one to protect an immunocompromised person in my household. When it came to picking glasses I felt very supported in choosing what would work for me and no judgement or pressure when I decided to come back to look at frames a different day. I will happily return not just for my annual appointment and medical concerns but also to stop in to select frames when I decide to purchase them.”
