Whit did an incredible job and was incredibly thorough in his walkthrough as well as physical report. He was incredibly communicative from initial outreach to the report in our hand. Gave professional opinions, was knowledgeable on the area and current code requirements, and gives an INCREDIBLY detailed report- which was a must!! Just wanted to say thank you for such a personal service for our school! First day of school and the AC went out! I called Josh and he immediately came out diagnosed the problem and ordered the compressor. We were thinking we were going to be out of AC for 2 weeks and it was a toddler classroom!
Josh called me Thursday afternoon and said the compressor came in and he would be at our school at 6:30 in the morning! I immediately called the head of school and told her the good news! She was super super happy!

I just got my glasses repaired and they did a fabulous job at eyecare center. I dropped a box on my glasses and I figured they were beyond saving, but after the technician worked on them, they are as good as new. Thumbs up!

We had a devastating fire May 2024. We shopped around for electricians not really knowing what to expect! Robert put in his bid and we chose him and his crew to do the work! The best thing about Robert is he is down to earth. I could talk to him about everything and he would offer suggestions, but would always end with, “we will do whatever you want Ms April.” I learned a lot about electricity! He was always explaining what he was doing and I always felt informed! He helped me choose lighting and gave me the specifics of what to order since I was the general contractor! Of course there were changes and he was always upfront about the cost. We love our new lighting! We are up and running today because Cardinal Electric got the job done!
When I talk to Brittany in the office and told her what the problem was with my air and I'm in Kernersville and she said I can have someone out there within 30 minutes I have a guy in Kernersville. Hunter came it wasn't too long and he figured out what our problem was that so many others had failed to do If you need someone to do your heating and air these are the guys They know their stuff They know what they're doing I recommend them highly recommend them Thanks guys for such a wonderful job we will call you again. And the guy that works for them Hunter very knowledgeable guy very sweet person I would let him work on my stuff again they're just wonderful It's all I can say they're wonderful.

Highly recommend this company. They have a small family feel, with big company policies and procedures. I love that I can text with them for updates or scheduling. It’s no fuss, no stress. I feel safe with them being in my home. They are kind and personable, yet extremely professional and quick. My favorite thing about this company is the spray they use is safe for kids and dogs. I love that my kids can be around and there are no harsh chemicals.
Riverside exceeded all of our expectations! We needed some trees trimmed, trees/shrubs removed, and tree stumps grinded/removed. We are very excited to enjoy our outdoor space now. We just moved to Walkertown and found this gem! My wife and I stopped in for a pedicure, got us right in and was one of the best! The place is very nice and the people even nicer, will be regulars for sure.
From the time I called the company at 1am on a Saturday morning when I had a septic emergency, my call was immediately answered and I was put on the schedule. Chris came to do the work later that morning to pump my tank and returned a few days later to finish replacing our broken water pump. When I called for the pump replacement, I was put on the schedule for the very next day. Chris has been nothing but professional, informative and kind while performing the service. Tommy, who answered my calls and coordinated everything, has been kind, patient and great as well. This will definitely be my go to company for my septic tank needs.
