Two great experiences! A couple of months ago, my teen needed a 2nd pair of distance glasses from an 8-month-old Rx. Amanda was amazing at providing friendly and effective care, which suited our sociable yet straightforward daughter. Her new glasses are beautiful (her picture with Amanda attached), and she gets comments on them all the time. Then the doctor changed the script just days later, at an unrelated appointment for dry eyes. Phil understood our dilemma, checked with others, and they were able to remake the lenses to the new script under their 90-day physician's change warranty! I'm from out of state and came in after finding on Google. My appointment was scheduled that same day. I just needed a renewal on my contact prescription lenses. It was required of me to have either a box with the script or a paper copy from my old physician. I didn't, my old optometrist passed away a few years ago. The man that did my exam was willing to work with me. I found an old script from 2011 in GA. He allowed it to be faxed inAll in all: my exam was $59 to get a script renewal
