I have read the reviews for the first time and know that on occasion rotten things can happen but, sometimes, it's actually caused by the patient, which we'll never admit to. Having said that, I and many referrals I've sent here have found nothing to complain about! I've been going here practically since Dr Harper opened and will continue to do so. She is meticulous and thoroughly enjoyable; not to mention excellent in her profession. Yes, occasionally there have been some staff members cheeky enough to make me pinch them but they are gone now and the cream of the crop is here. Nowhere else that I've ever been can compare! Everyone Is so nice and the customer service is amazing. I haven't been here long but Dr. Orr is wonderful she takes her time and is attentive to what I have to say or any questions.
I have been seeing Dr. Amy Harper for several years and she is wonderful! All of the staff at Triangle are professional and friendly. They have a wide variety of frames to choose from and you can walk in anytime to have your glasses adjusted. They are an awesome group of people!
