“Having our water heater in the garage, and the master shower at the rear of the house, we were experiencing extreme long waits to get hot water at the shower. In 2023 we had E&R Plumbing installed a pump on our water heater to circulate the hot water through our system which corrected the issue. Last fall we noticed that the pump was not recycling the hot water: called E&R Plumbing and set up an appointment to have someone come out and check the system. Garrett Helms arrived and found nothing wrong but suggested that something may be blocking the circulation of the water. He suggested cleaning the lines and in doing so he found that the part that controls the return was in fact clogged. He replaced the clogged part and checked for other obstructions and found none. Destiny answered the call and had a technician contact me to walk me through the process of shutting the system down and an appointment was made for Monday morning.Scott, the technician, called me right away on Sunday.
