They were on time and left no mess, taking the time to explain any questions about the new drain lines.
Had MKB come out to look at our septic to pump it out. Turns out my lid was cracked in several places and it was almost full. They put in a new tank for us and they were so pleasant to deal with from the guys that came to pump it out, to the owner Mike who came out and put in the new tank, to his Dad who did some light grading/debris removal/grass & seed . . great company to deal with and think I also got a fair price :) highly recommend
I can't give these guys enough stars! After having 2 previous companies come and give me quotes of 15,000 for new tank and leech field, Mike came out spent hours checking out my system. We found out my leech field wasn't even where the previous companies told me it was and my tank although it's old was working and my leech field was fine. He took the time to explain every little detail so I could understand and gave me best and worse case potential issues. We hired him for the repair, mind you our family had been without septic for 3 weeks, and he was able to get out the same week and fix it. Called MKG for a shower leak, came over quickly had the job done in a timely fashion. Mike was extremely friendly and professional. Didn’t get overcharged or pressured into an expensive repair for the work. I would highly recommend.
