My hot water heater started leaking on Sunday morning, 3/10/24. I called Carolina Plumbing Pros. Destiny answered the call and had a technician contact me to walk me through the process of shutting the system down and an appointment was made for Monday morning.Scott, the technician, called me right away on Sunday. I couldn’t understand how to shut it down so he came to my home on Sunday, on his own time, shut it down and emptied the water.The installation technician Mykola, called me when he was on the way and was at my house at 9am Monday. I called Carolina Plumbing Pros to to replace my hot water shut-off valve under the kitchen sink.The receptionist, Destiny, was very helpful and contacted a technician immediately.The technician, Jordan, showed up within 30 minutes.He was professional, competent, and fast.After leaving to get the part he needed, he returned and finished the job within another 30 mins.The total cost was incredibly low.During the 37 years we have lived in our home, this was the quickest and most economical plumbing service we've ever employed. We highly recommend them.

RB came out and pointed out my 9 year old hot water heater was not installed to code by another company and will be correct this important safety issue very pleased that this issue was found very pleased with service
