“I had a large tree fall down across power lines and RIP the wires, meter and big power box off my house. I called numerous electricians and they couldn't come out soon to remove wires connected to inside box. My wall needed repairs so my insulation didn't get wet. Tri City electrician Chad came out that day to remove it. Wall was replaced and Chad came back out next day to put up new box right away working with his brother on the weekend to get the power back on as soon as possible. The both are trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable and took care of everything I needed done. Very friendly and charged me a reasonable amount. “Philco roofing has done a wonderful job on my roof that was leaking. They replaced some structure wood that was bad underneath the shingles. They worked quickly and also made sure materials and nails were out of the yard.“

“Jeff Junker and I began communicating regarding a new dock back in Oct 2024. It was not until March 27th that we contracted (my delays not his). Jeff was awesome to deal with and took the time to get to know us, our needs, our water situation, shoreline, and timeline. Jeff and Tina took care of everything with no issues or delays! They were on top of every detail including the many modifications and change orders (no additional administrative fees for changes)…they were highly communicative and always available during the process. We made the initial deposit and entered the queue March 26th with a ETA of an estimated 6 months. In fact the dock was delivered early and completed Aug 9th…more than 1.5 months ahead of schedule. The planning process, the permitting, the build time, and the overall experience was nothing short of 5-stars! Way to go Jeff, Tina, Josh and the many others that worked on this project! My favorite attribute regarding DOCKS OF LAKE NORMAN … they are a real business with a great show room, so much more than a pick up truck and a cell phone.
