Stopped by looking for parts for an older Jet Ski dock. Even though they don’t carry that brand, the staff took the time to help me find a workable solution instead of just turning me away. Great customer service.
Docks of Lake Norman are great to work with, they delivered on everything they promised. Due to the water levels being so low our boat lift would not work unless we were able to extend the pier 10’. Duke would not allow us to do that so they literally took our pier apart on the water and reconstructed the entire thing to make it work. I highly recommend this company, they are very professional and knowledgeable. They handled all the permits and inspections from start to finish. One area needs a bigger flotation under it due to having to reconstruct the pier and once the water levels return they will come back out to fix it. Top notch company!!!!!
