We have been very pleased with the Schumacher home process. Although we haven't broke ground yet, thus far the process has been seamless. From the time we walked in everyone has been so nice. Looked through the three homes that were open and they were great! I didn’t have to deal with salesy people I could just walk in, they handed me a floorplan magazine, and I walked right into the models. Love that!
