We used Schumacher to build over a year ago and still waiting on some original items and walk through repairs! They never keep in contact or show up when scheduled. Each time we call there has been turnover and we have to start all over with wait is needed.

We had a friend build with them and got us interested. So, we stopped in to tour the models as we're thinking about building a home for retirement. The first guy that greeted spent a couple of minutes and told us about the models and invited us to tour them on our own. We did and we liked one in particular. Had some questions about it and their process in general. When we went back to the main building, we were pretty much ignored. I found one of the two people on duty (no other customers there at all) and it was all I could do to get her to talk to us. Very friendly, no nonsense, no pressure. They are really helping us decide if we want to and are able to build a home. Looking forward to speaking with them more. Model homes are wonderful and they have great options, like multi-generational living and accessibility.
