We received weekly phone calls letting us know that they would be on time with the installation. All workers were polite and careful. Cleaned up after the installation. And I roof looks wonderful.

New RoofGuys were great from beginning to end. They did great job on roof and I’m pretty sure they left our place looking better than it was when they arrived. I haven’t seen one nail. Brianna and Jessica have also been great to deal with for scheduling and closing out project. Thanks yall for a good experience.

The work was great! Our roof was replaced in 1 day, with no trace of trash left behind. Everyone with them is extremely nice and helpful. I gave 4 stars just due to a lack of explaining insurance coverage for us. We needed more than a roof done, but due to our insurance was only able to get the roof because insurance did not pay out enough for all damages. I would have given 5 stars had this been discussed prior to signing all final documents. The quality of work though, is 100% 5 stars!
