Now mind you, it was bright and early, he was out here no later than 7:30 am and understood my worries and was very patient. He immediately got to work on the issue and even made a trip to Lowe's to get the solution, and even upgraded the fixture he replaced. I have been trying to get an electrician to get out here as soon as possible and he was the one who responded the night before at almost midnight and then of course he was the one who actually took the initiative and showed up for us. I couldn't be more grateful and I didn't have to sit around all day with only half the power on in my home. I would definitely choose his company over the big corporations any day.
