We had an issue with a damaged power wire that was buried. My wife called these guys at 4pm on a Friday, and Tyler showed up about 30 minutes later. The initial service fee covered the 1st hour, which, luckily was enough time to diagnose the issue. Thankfully, the guys had the wire we needed to replace,on the truck! Very, very enjoyable interaction. From the initial phone call, a very nice lady in the office walked my wife thru troubleshooting the system, before dispatching the service truck. I will call these folks first, when ever I need a Well contractor!
I recently had to have my well replaced and upon recommendations called Rowan Well. They walked me through the process and as soon as I got the permit from the county they began the process. They kept me informed as to how deep they were going and the gym. Very professional and so easy to work with. I then had an issue with my water totally unrelated. I called them at 8:30 and they were at my house by 9:45. They quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. I would highly recommend them.
George and Kaleb came out to service our well. I am hearing impaired and they went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on. Everyone that I was in contact with were very professional.
