Excellent branch with a sharp, friendly staff; they were willing to fit me in when I called with an emergency at the end of the day and were exceptionally accommodating throughout. The doctor was thoughtful, kind, explained everything well and resolved the issue quickly. All around nice, very helpful and professional folks at this office.
Frequented this location about 3x over the last 2/3 years and it’s generally lovely. Optometrist is personable and knowledgeable. Overall, other reps/assistants have good attitude and communication. Location close to downtown & midtown; Kid Friendly
I can’t even explain to you how amazing everyone was here, especially Erin. She went way above and beyond for me. She took step upon step upon step to help me. She didn’t just go the extra mile she went an extra 5 and I am so thankful for her, she deserves nothing less than greatness. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have her help.
