    I went to this place years ago - I no longer live in NC, but called to ask a question regarding the contact lens brand that I have used for years. Josh was SO SUPER helpful and kind, walking me through things that would help me as I process my next steps. I was so blessed by his willingness to help me, even though I'm not a patient in his office!

    Excellent customer service, helped me with my sunglasses as well as new prescription lenses for my favorite frames! The turn around time was so fast as well. Definitely recommend.

    I would highly recommend! I emailed to ask if they’d be able to repair Ray-ban sunglasses and Josh responded quickly and was able to see me that week. They repaired my bent frames, put my lens back in, and replaced a missing nose piece on my sunglasses. It only took about 10 minutes and they didn’t charge any fee. I will definitely recommend and go back in future.
