“I wanted to wait first before writing this review because when a service is performed sometimes things don't go as planned. When I first decided to get lawn care service, I called all the usual companies, but Tailor Made stood out to me for several reasons. First, the communication was straightforward, professional and informative. They didn't over promise results but they set the proper expectations that lawns take time to see full results.

Second, they were prompt and followed through with the services as planned in a timely manner. I had aeration and over seeding done this season and Ethan performed the service. He was courteous, professional and thorough with the work he performed. I was completely satisfied with his work. Prior to him performing the aeration, we spoke and he listened intently on what areas needed attention and he answered all of my questions without using industry jargon.

There was an issue that happened, which was a slight inconvenience. When it was brought to their attention, they immediately took care of it. There were no excuses, just understanding and wanting to make things rights. I'm happy with Tailor Made Lawns and I will continue to use them for years to come.“
