We had two out of the ordinary experiences with our system. Both times were after hours and one on a holiday. The on-call techs were very responsive and efficient in getting our system back up and running. I am very pleased with the services provided.
Called first thing this morning when our heat wouldn’t click on. They answered the phone on the first ring and had someone out by late afternoon. They fixed an issue that was created by another provider and were super thorough in their assessment. Will definitely use again.
Very nice people prompt service very reasonable prices. I am so impressed. No one else would come out on the same day and they did. Recommended by my cousin who is also very impressed with Pilot mechanical!! So glad I called them!!!
