I am very happy with the service I received from Pilot Air. From start to finish Lee was very professional and answered all of my multiple questions. The crew with him were also very respectful and courteous. When the city inspector came to inspect the install he asked me who had done the install and stated that the work was some of the best he had seen. I got four quotes from four different contractors and Pilot Air was the best price/value by far. The sales man that I worked with was John and he was a pleasure to work with as well. Can’t say enough good things about this company! Very professional and on time performance. The quality of the installation of my new Bosch heating and air system is top notch!!! Called at 8am after another large local company that advertises 24hr service never called back from 8:16pm. They sent a technician out who arrived before 10:30 and worked diligently to repair the multiple shorts within our system in far less time than I would expect. The technician Jacob was awesome, very polite and professional as well as very knowledgeable.
