After 2 other HVAC companies ghosted me (this was after sending sales AND techs out to help me), I got a suggestion from a friend about Reliable. They picked up the phone ASAP, scheduled me IMMEDIATELY for same day service, with only a few questions about name, email, and address, then not only confirmed by email but also text. Then, when it was time for my appointment window, they texted that the technician was on the way along with his name and photo of him (so I'd know who was knocking on my door)...the tech, Venacio, was on time, knew his business, got right to the project and diagnosed the issue quickly. Looks like they have a customer for life.
