“Carolina Air was the original installer of my HVAC in my residence in 2018. I recently had a loss of heating and cooling in my house, due to the fan that circulates the air throughout the house to stop working. I called on a Saturday and the gentleman was upfront that there was a $200 charge for the weekend and advised me that if I wait until Monday it would be $99. I opted to wait since heating/cooling was not necessary at the given time. Gary came by on Monday and was quick to diagnose my issue. He was friendly and discussed the issue with me - even showed me what he was doing. I had been working the issue on my own, trying to resolve it but couldn't. He walked me through the issue so I could learn a bit more about how the system overall works. Very nice guy - reasonable rates. Will definitely call again if needed.“
