We've had 4 houses in Durham all serviced regularly by Carolina Air. Sometimes they rotate technicians but with an annual service plan you get to know them. All have been great and attentive to detail. Replaced entire system in recent home years ago and had a motor quit but replaced under warranty no questions asked.
The technician actually taught me something about my home that I did not know which I greatly appreciate it. He also told me about the air cleaning system that I can have attached to my furnace which I’m very interested in. Thank you very much, Gary!
I highly recommend Carolina Air Conditioning to anyone in search of quality HVAC service! In a time when good customer service is hard to find, I am glad to know that there are people who are still willing to provide it!!
