Unlike other plumbers (the one that always advertises on tv or the one that can't return a phone call), Dr. Drain is very customer oriented and they know plumbing very well. Ryan worked on my kitchen faucet and, when it was beyond repair, he contacted Moen (another first rate customer service company) and requested a replacement. He installed the new faucet and it's working perfectly. He also adjusted the water pressure in the house. It only took a couple of days to get an appointment.
