Excellent service and excellent responsiveness. My only suggestion is for them to be more accurate in estimating when they will be at the location. I was originally told they would be at the location between 11 and one. I adjusted my schedule accordingly. At approximately 9:40 that day, I received a text that they were in route to the location. I would’ve appreciated a more accurate timeframe to more accurately adjust my schedule.

They were responsive in helping me set an appointment, came when they said they would and did what they said they'd do. The testing process was quick and easy AND they dealt with all the paperwork, etc. with the city of Raleigh. So much appreciated!!
