I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and service provided by Leak Locators. After the winter ice storm in early February, noticed the water level in my pool lowering faster than normal. Called Leak Locators, they were very friendly and responsive, setup and appointment to check for leak in my pool. Josh came out, called before hand, and arrived promptly. He found the leak in the liner and found and patched it. Took a video of it (as he found it) and sent to me. This is actually the second time they found a leak, my previous pool liner had a leak that they came out, found, and fixed. If you think you have a leak these are the folks to call. As the owner of Crystal Clear Swimming Pools, Inc I can not say enough about these folks. Derek did an excellent job locating our underground leak in the water service line. It was a slow leak of about 7 gallons/hour buried two feet underground in rocky well-drained soil. We had tried to look for it ourselves before calling Leak Locators but had no luck at all. There was no water pooling at the location, no signs at all of a leak. Derek was professional, courteous and very skilled at his job. Also, Melissa was very kind to call me when a cancellation came in so that I could get a sooner appointment than I had initially scheduled. Thank you Leak Locators!
