City of Raleigh refused to come out to inspect a leak that was soaking my lawn with waste water. Since it was in my yard and not puddling in the street, they said it was my problem and told me to call a plumber. My friend recommended Poole's. I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind these folks are! From the on-call technician, Joe, to Supervisor Tim Carlin (aka: Superhero), who stayed on City of Raleigh for a WEEK until he got them to come out and repair the leak on their main line. In the midst of it all, I had to leave town and Tim assured me he would see it through. He even stayed in touch with my HOA president with updates. KUDOS to this team! I will never use another plumbing service. Thank you, Poole's!!
I had a problem with my Rinnai hot water heater. Poole’s came out the same day I called them, diagnosed the problems, fixed everything, and charged me a fair price for the work. Wonderful, honest people.
