“Jorge and Preston came out yesterday to upgrade our panel and install and EV charger for us. The work they did was exceptional. They both were so kind, clear that they take pride in their work and talked us through the steps and time needed to complete the job. Such kind gentlemen. So glad we went with Dawson’s for the job. They truly lived up to their reputation and five star reviews. On the front end they did not work to oversell, merely presented all my options and then worked to get the price as low as they could with different avenues they could leverage. Are they the cheapest, no. But when dealing with electric is the cheapest really the best. I would say not at all. And after seeing the work of Jorge and Preston, this was worth every penny to have a new EV charger, a panel that replaces our 30 year old unit and is ready to take us into the future, and a surge protector that gives us piece of mind with the wild weather and issues we can deal with here in the Carolina’s. “We contacted Harte Electric to install a generator interlock kit on our house to connect a portable generator. The house has a 400a service with two 200a main panels. They came up with a cost effective solution, performed the work quickly, and now we're prepared for any power outages. We also had them install a 100a subpanel in a detached garage at the same time. Again, the pricing was reasonable and they did a good job. Finding good contractors that don't take advantage of you is difficult in my experience. Harte was great to work with and has my business for any future electrical work.“
