He immediately diagnosed the problem, recommended the most cost effective approach to start, and then made very reasonable suggestions as his investigation revealed a few additional outlets connected to the main issue. The entire time he was here, I kept thinking what a very nice, knowledgeable, and fair young man he was. He had to get into a very tight space several times while our air conditioner was simultaneously being serviced, and he was so good-natured about the whole thing, even though it was 91 degrees in the house. I absolutely, 100% would call him back again for any electrical problem I have. He's awesome. Thank you, Brandon.“
