Ricky was extremely knowledgeable and knew immediately what our problem was. He replaced an old, worn out GFCI outlet and increased the voltage so that we could power everything we needed. I called them because I thought something was wrong woth my fuse box outside- after explaining my problem, the gentleman told me to not waste my money and call duke energy because it sounded like my meter was bad and if that wasn’t it to call him back. Turns out that was exactly what the problem was. I really appreciate him being honest and not coming out and charging me money to tell me the same thing. I will definitely save this company’s number incase i ever do need work. They seem like a very honest and trustworthy company.
