What a wonderful experience we had with Charlie from Dawson's Electric & Air! He checked everything thoroughly and explained exactly what was going on and why. He gave us a variety of options on how to proceed, detailing each one. He fixed the electrical issue and alerted us to code violations in our 32-year-old house. The following week, we used Dawson's Electric again to replace our electrical panels and bring our house up to code, and they did a splendid job. We'll be working with them from now on for all our electrical issues. They sent someone just minutes after I called the first time, and Charlie was first-rate in every aspect of the work. We couldn't have asked for a better diagnostician and electrician, and he was personable, polite and friendly too! Topnotch service!
Update: We've now worked with Dawson's Electric & Air three times, and every experience has been phenomenal! We're on their plan for HVAC now, and they found a small issue where another company had bungled something, proceeded to fix it entirely, explaining the issue thoroughly in the process. They're professional, courteous, and do exemplary work.
