He immediately diagnosed the problem, recommended the most cost effective approach to start, and then made very reasonable suggestions as his investigation revealed a few additional outlets connected to the main issue. The entire time he was here, I kept thinking what a very nice, knowledgeable, and fair young man he was. He had to get into a very tight space several times while our air conditioner was simultaneously being serviced, and he was so good-natured about the whole thing, even though it was 91 degrees in the house. She immediately got on the call with the electrician, Greg, and he came out the same day & earlier than expected. Before even coming out, he wanted to make sure we did everything we could, which sold me, as it shows the company's honesty and integrity, not to come out for things you can do yourself if need be. After waking at 1 am to our fire alarm, with loss of all power, AC, TV's , flashing lights and burned surge protectors our first call was Raleigh Electric for direction on what to do . Electrician Josh Hatley quickly identified that we had experienced a major power surge and we should contact our power company immediately. After the power company corrected their problem, Josh returned and repaired all outstanding electrical issues.“
