“Craig and the entire First Restoration company took such amazing care of us during our tragedy. On Friday March 3 2023 we had a tree fall through our house and cars. These guys were on site immediately. They put up temporary walls and roof to prevent water from damaging our home more. They placed our belongings into storage. It has been a long road to being able to get back home. I picked our things up yesterday. Not only was everything safe and accounted for, they cleaned our sofa and furniture. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. They really made this difficult situation more bearable. Thank you guys for everything!“

“We chose to go with CSDB after our initial interview. We had a 2nd interview that we didn't even consider after the CSDB one. The construction has to be the first aspect that someone would have to be happy with. A great personality and shoddy product wouldn't do the trick. Everyone associated with the company were terrific. Leading the charge are the owner and his daughter. Both have great personalities and stress customer service. We couldn't have been happier with the project. Almost as important is the followup care. So many companies take your money and you'll never hear from them again. CSDB has continued to address any items that may have failed after the warranty is up but the firm feeling that that item shouldn't have. That aftercare is the cherry on top. Very happy with all aspects of the project and would go with them again if we went with new construction.“

“Long overdue review, but better late than never! Began searching for land in early 2018, and Premier was great about doing the site visit with graders during my due diligence period and we were under contract by mid May. Closed on my lot first of June and things moved quickly after that. My HOA is pretty strict but Premier either handled it, or guided me through the pieces I needed to complete to get things off the ground. Site prep and house construction was happening simultaneously, and the owner (Harold) even sent me pics of my house under construction in the factory!My house was set on the lot mid August (it was very cool, the whole neighborhood came out to watch. I’ve got a time lapse video but google won’t let me post it, darn!). Chris was my main contact at this point, but I was always included in group texts between the staff which kept me updated on progress, so I didn’t have to bug them too much with additional questions.Ran into some delays, which is to be expected- (2 hurricanes pulling away Duke Power was the longest delay). A subcontractor team from Murphy was a bit of a nightmare with not completing work or doing shoddy work- but honestly Harold and Chris did everything I’d expect to rectify it by pulling them off the job and bringing in Shawn to finish up. They even offered to cover the cost of boarding my pets as my townhouse I was living in had sold (I declined, I was staying with friends and delays with home building happens!) And in the end, I was moved in by Thanksgiving weekend. 6 mo turnaround!!I cannot tell you how many people randomly stop by to ask about my house, and I love it just as much 5 years later as I did when it was first built. Oh, and 5 years later? House is just as great as it was on day 1. These are solid builds, very efficient and I don’t regret a thing!As we consider our next project, I am absolutely looking to use Premier again which is how I realized I never wrote a review to begin with.Attached are pics from set day, the day after and the finished product. You won’t regret using them to build your home!“

All in all we are very satisfied. However, customer service after the sale, ho hum, I would give them from 1-10,10 being best a 3.But to give credit where credit is due, we have over several months have been working on property improvements making a beautiful home better. We have people stop by thanking us for building a beautiful home and improving the neighborhood. We have been told the property prior was in extreme disrepair with trash, drugs and other undesirable actions. I tell them the thanks should go to Rick Moore of Moore and son for purchasing the property, cleaning it up and building a great home.Thank you Rick“
