“Our 20-year-old two-level deck was old and tired. The surface was warped, splitting and rotten. We thought an expensive complete rebuild would be required. Heart To Home owner Clint Loftin recognized the footings, posts, joists and beams were all in good shape. Rather than a total re-do, Clint suggested a less-is-more approach. Soon his excellent crew was on the job. They replaced the worn-out deck surface with composite decking and repaired and rejuvenated the railings. The crew also added a matching deck extension to our small front stoop, wonderfully enhancing the space. We are so pleased to have worked with Heart To Home.
