“Long overdue review, but better late than never! Began searching for land in early 2018, and Premier was great about doing the site visit with graders during my due diligence period and we were under contract by mid May. Closed on my lot first of June and things moved quickly after that. My HOA is pretty strict but Premier either handled it, or guided me through the pieces I needed to complete to get things off the ground. Site prep and house construction was happening simultaneously, and the owner (Harold) even sent me pics of my house under construction in the factory!My house was set on the lot mid August (it was very cool, the whole neighborhood came out to watch. I’ve got a time lapse video but google won’t let me post it, darn!). Chris was my main contact at this point, but I was always included in group texts between the staff which kept me updated on progress, so I didn’t have to bug them too much with additional questions.Ran into some delays, which is to be expected- (2 hurricanes pulling away Duke Power was the longest delay). A subcontractor team from Murphy was a bit of a nightmare with not completing work or doing shoddy work- but honestly Harold and Chris did everything I’d expect to rectify it by pulling them off the job and bringing in Shawn to finish up. They even offered to cover the cost of boarding my pets as my townhouse I was living in had sold (I declined, I was staying with friends and delays with home building happens!) And in the end, I was moved in by Thanksgiving weekend. 6 mo turnaround!!I cannot tell you how many people randomly stop by to ask about my house, and I love it just as much 5 years later as I did when it was first built. Oh, and 5 years later? House is just as great as it was on day 1. These are solid builds, very efficient and I don’t regret a thing!As we consider our next project, I am absolutely looking to use Premier again which is how I realized I never wrote a review to begin with.Attached are pics from set day, the day after and the finished product. You won’t regret using them to build your home!“
