Once construction actually got going Eric managed everything wonderfully. He was incredibly communicative and checked in with us daily to keep us up to speed on progress and next steps. Whenever issues popped up, he used his expertise to help us address them and he did an amazing job managing subcontractors and scheduling all the phases of the project. I can’t say enough good things about his management.
