Long overdue review, but better late than never! Began searching for land in early 2018, and Premier was great about doing the site visit with graders during my due diligence period and we were under contract by mid May. Closed on my lot first of June and things moved quickly after that. My HOA is pretty strict but Premier either handled it, or guided me through the pieces I needed to complete to get things off the ground. Ben is very professional and knows what he is doing. We picked out a couple of floor plans we like and received competitive pricing. Problem is that several times their graders didn’t have time to look at lots we chose which is needed to receive a complete quote. That being said someone else bought both lots while we waited. I understand that they needed to be on paying projects but buildable lots are difficult to find so there should be an alternative. What they are offering is many steps above the rest of the manufactured homes in the area. They really care about the quality that they offer and take the time with you to go over every detail. They were very friendly and professional and thorough. I recommend them highly!
