We first met with CSDB in 2019 when we bought land for our future forever home. Their experience and family focus immediately resonated with us. We chose to go with CSDB after our initial interview. We had a 2nd interview that we didn't even consider after the CSDB one. The construction has to be the first aspect that someone would have to be happy with. A great personality and shoddy product wouldn't do the trick. Everyone associated with the company were terrific. Leading the charge are the owner and his daughter. Both have great personalities and stress customer service. We couldn't have been happier with the project. Almost as important is the followup care. CSDB builders make the custom home building experience a fantastic journey. Terry, Stephanie, and the entire CSDB team treat you as if you are part of their family and their most important client. From the first planning meeting until final completion you are constantly kept in the loop with the construction progress. The meetings held with their subcontractors prior to their starting their part of the construction was invaluable in assuring we were all on the same page, resulting in no surprises with the finished product.
