I've had custom closets done in previous residences. Was looking for another set. I did a mock-up using an online tool to depict what I had in mind. Reached out to and sat down with the Quality Closets Team. A very professional and personable conversation about numerous aspects of what I was looking to do. John made it an enjoyable pursuit, even though this one was not a huge undertaking. He didn't approach it as just a business transaction/minor construction project. Got some great guidance on potential changes to incorporate into the design, nailed that down and moved ahead. John came out to perform his own, more precise measurements and placed the corresponding order for materials. Kept me updated on timeline and progress. Arranged a mutually workable date/time for the Install Team - they were thorough and did a great job - even through post-install clean-up. Overall, a great service and final outcome. Very good to have the talent and easy interaction with the same team from 1st discussion through the end-to-end process. Well done guys! Would absolutely work with Quality Closets again.“
