“This is my go to place for my glasses and exam. Jaquil ( not sure if I spelled that right) took great care of me. While I was getting my exam, he picked out frames he thought would match my face. I did choose one he found. It only took a couple of weeks for me to get my new glasses and to get my old ones fixed! Great job at this location“

It was early kn the morning and she was full of energy, explained everything she was doing and teaching me about different things related to the battery of tests she does. “The doctor and her assistant were extremely thorough. The doctor showed me pictures of my eye, which nobody ever did before to show me that I had no diabetic problems with my Eyes eyes. The office staff was extremely helpful. Courtney the receptionist went to great lengths regarding my insurance.“

“In my opinion, America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses is the best! They really took care of me. This time I fell into the role of a needy(?) customer. I realized after the exam I may have been squinting (don’t do that). Sure enough my new prescription was incorrect. They immediately rescheduled a new exam and had my new prescription in six days. months later I mentioned that one of the two pairs of glasses that I purchased gave me a headache. They had me return the glasses and I picked out a new pair which are working out just fine. Maggie, Lisa, Sean were so helpful that I never felt like I was complaining. Now, unfortunately, I scratched my lenses and they are replacing them, no charge!!

“I have gone to Northcross Eye Associates for many years now. Dr. Jason Crawford and his team are outstanding every time I visit. His office has a very personable atmosphere, they are very efficient in their intake/visit time, and I always come away feeling like they care. In addition to regular annual visits, Dr. Crawford tries to accommodate problem visits should they arise. He is attentive and goes out of his way to help, whether it’s by offering his own advice and care or helping to connect patients to providers who can help if their needs are beyond optometry. Dr. Crawford really listens, and I like that he’s willing to take the time to help you navigate any questions or concerns you might have. He has been a phenomenal provider. I highly recommend him and his office for your eye care needs!“
