I’m a patient/client at America’s Best and today I came in to fix my glasses. Kelly was the employee that helped me. As someone who has worked in customer service roles for years I can tell that Kelly really cares about her work and the people that come in. My husband & I both recently had eye exams & purchased glasses at Americas Best Contacts & Eyeglasses at Mooresville Crossing in Mooresville. Store #5307. Our experience was wonderful. We received exceptional service both with our eye exams & with purchasing our glasses. The GM Aaron was very polite, helpful & very informative about the glasses we were purchasing. The young man that ordered our glasses & discussed what we wanted was very knowledgeable & friendly also. Our glasses were ready in less than 2 weeks.
