My husband & I both recently had eye exams & purchased glasses at Americas Best Contacts & Eyeglasses at Mooresville Crossing in Mooresville. Store #5307. Our experience was wonderful. We received exceptional service both with our eye exams & with purchasing our glasses. The GM Aaron was very polite, helpful & very informative about the glasses we were purchasing. The young man that ordered our glasses & discussed what we wanted was very knowledgeable & friendly also. Our glasses were ready in less than 2 weeks. I thought one of my glasses was lost in transit at another American best in charlotte. They were supposed to ship glasses to the Morrisville store (#5307). So the charlotte store said call Morrisville see if they have the other pair they didn't but the manager at Morrisville personally picked up the pair they had in charlotte and brought it to the store personally. I'm not sure her name but that was above and beyound. Then Kelly the licensed optician call me and said they have one pair I can pick it up or I can wait til they get the second pair and pick both up. I chose to wait. I have been a repeat customer for years. They have always gone above and beyond each and every time! My new glasses came in last week, with a transition lens color I never even thought of, I LOVE THEM!! However, I had to go yesterday to exchange them I thought and was so disappointed. Five minutes later, they overnighted different nose pads (2 pair) for free and they’ll have them done today so I can leave on my trip tomorrow!! And they are so kind!!!
