Dr Best is great. Front desk are very helpful. Miss the two ladies that used to work in the optical area. Current ladies are not as helpful and don’t seem to have the experience as previous ladies were. They were there for years and knew how to help patients. Decided to go somewhere else to purchase glasses after buying from here for years. Great loss.
Other than the front desk receptionist who wasn’t very friendly that day (maybe just having a bad day), the nurse I think her name was Megan and Dr. Metwalli were very welcoming and professional. Dr. Metwalli is very personable, explains everything very thoroughly and makes the visit pleasant.
Came to the office last week. Saw Dr. Schmidt for an eye infection. She was very thorough and explained what to do. Came back for recheck on Tuesday and saw Dr. Do and the infection was cleared up. She recommended some OTC drops to help my dry eyes.
