“So I arrived for 11:15 appointment, showed up and then was promptly assisted with one half of exam. I then was placed to wait for doctor almost 20 min.. with no explanation.. from the reviews here.. I see this is common. Be aware that this will not the fastest visit but the staff does seem to be getting better. The doctor is very helpful and nice“

“Hello: 20 / 20 vision studio, Every one was some friendly fast I was so surprised. How? I was able to see a view of the back of my eyes. No company allow you to view the images . I also like When I asked a question about Glaucoma and the question was answer with no hesitation. My entire visit was awesome. Mrs Robertson know her job and she great at it. GREAT.JOB. GREAT. JOB. “Was referred by an optometrist a few years back and I see why! Staff was incredibly friendly, as was Dr. Flaherty - it was clear they cared about my eyes and eye health and didn't just care about making money (like SOME places). Also the office is beautiful and very inviting! I've never been excited to go back to an eye doctor but I am actually looking forward to my next appointment! My husband even scheduled an exam for himself after hearing how good my experience was, and I've been bugging him for years ?“
“My toddler son accidently poked me in the eye and it was one of the most painful things I had experienced. I looked up a local place that could make emergency eye appointments and found Northpoint! I have never needed to go to an eye Dr or eye center before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was blown away by how helpful, accommodating, and caring the whole office was. Initially they weren't able to get me in that day, but shortly after that call I got a call back saying they would be able to squeeze me in! I was so grateful for the help. I got the treatment and medicine I needed and just 24 hours later my abrasion already feels better! Thank you so much to the whole staff!“

The doctor I had was very thorough and gave me a couple of ideas or should I say therapy instructions to help improve or eliminate so of the issues I am currently having. I've been going to University Eye for close to 15 years and don't have any plans of changing. There are other businesses close to me but they have provided the best service so I choose to stay.“

“I had an appointment for an eye exam for new glasses today at the Northlake location. Everything went perfectly from the start. Receptionist was welcoming, warm & courteous. The lady who performed the pre-test, kind and thorough. The dr was amazing! She was well spoken, clearly knowledgeable in her field and took the time to explain anything I had questions about. So far, a perfect experience right? But, there's one more step-picking frames & ordering glasses. While waiting for my turn I picked out the frames I liked & took a seat & waited to be called. When I took my seat at her desk she asked if I'd be using insurance and I replied I would and told her what I had and she stated they didn't take that insurance. Mind you, the glasses I have now came from the same company (different location) and I used my insurance. Go figure! So with that cleared up, I gave her the frames I chose and she said, "They're so big"!. It kinda took me by surprise because they didn't look huge to me and then I started wondering why shouldn't I have big frames if that's what I liked. I've worn glasses since I was a child & never had a salesperson (not sure of her title) comment about my choice of frames & I didn't think it was her place to suggest what I bought from the store with MY $! She even made an odd look with her face. Now I was really at a loss for words! But we proceeded and I guess she eventually decided she had had enough say-so in MY business! I will continue to use this location because the dr and the rest of the staff made for a wonderful experience, but I will wait any length of time necessary for someone else to help me through the fitting & ordering process and if I'm ever asked why I wait, I will explain this experience to them.“
