“UPDATED: SEVERAL STAFF CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE AND THE NEW STAFF IS FANTASTIC. THE OFFICE IS WORKING HARD TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES CAUSED BY THE MERGER. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone to make appointments or ask questions. The message on the phone says to visit their website for scheduling, but the Hickory location is not listed as part of the network to choose from. Messages left go unreturned. I really like the Doctors and assistants here, but the staff is generally rude and ill informed.“

“After trying to get an appointment at other optometrist offices, and was not able to get one in a timely manner, I got in the next day here. It was the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. I received my new glasses in less than a week. They followed up in a week to make sure I was happy with my new glasses. I am!! I highly recommend them for your eye care.“
