Staff was incredibly friendly, as was Dr. Flaherty - it was clear they cared about my eyes and eye health and didn't just care about making money (like SOME places). Also the office is beautiful and very inviting! I've never been excited to go back to an eye doctor but I am actually looking forward to my next appointment! My husband even scheduled an exam for himself after hearing how good my experience was, and I've been bugging him for years ?“

“My wife Brook and I recently moved to the area and were looking for an eye doctor and randomly picked Eyes on Lake Norman and what a great pick. Dr. Sugarman was great, listened to me, answered all of my questions and took his time to make sure he had addressed all of my concerns and he did, a 5 start eye doctor. The staff he has working with him are all 5 stars. They made us feel so comfortable, helped us pick out the glasses that were best for us and did so without trying to push the most expensive or a brand they "needed" to sale, they were truly helping us. This place is how a business should be conducted. Oh and the staff laughed at my "dad jokes", so you can believe that helped. Seriously I recommend this place to everyone and its truly a 5 star eye doctor facility in every aspect. THANK YOU Dr. Sugarman and staff!“
“The staff are super courteous. The doctor is patient and explains what's going on with your eyes. Best of all they have a great selection of frames but didn't try to sell my family things we didn't need. I love them and I'm glad I switched!!“

“My toddler son accidently poked me in the eye and it was one of the most painful things I had experienced. I looked up a local place that could make emergency eye appointments and found Northpoint! I have never needed to go to an eye Dr or eye center before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was blown away by how helpful, accommodating, and caring the whole office was. Initially they weren't able to get me in that day, but shortly after that call I got a call back saying they would be able to squeeze me in! I was so grateful for the help. I got the treatment and medicine I needed and just 24 hours later my abrasion already feels better! Thank you so much to the whole staff!“
“My first visit there and the whole experience was amazing. All the staff that I interacted with were very welcoming and friendly. During my eye exam, the Dr actually went over the pictures and other screening results of my eyes with me and explained what everything meant. She also made sure if I had any questions.“

“My eyes are pretty good, not to toot my own horn. But still wanted to find a local eye doctor do do an exam to check things related to family history. Let me just say...this is the most organized doctor's office I've been too in my life. I literally called my hubby after leaving to have whole conversation about it as he had been before me. Today was my 2nd visit and it was just as good as the first visit. Dr Hoyle is super energetic and nice. Amanda is the one who took me back for the initial scans and data entry. She's great too. Don't think I'll need to return for a while but definitely recommend if you're seeking eye care.“

“So I arrived for 11:15 appointment, showed up and then was promptly assisted with one half of exam. I then was placed to wait for doctor almost 20 min.. with no explanation.. from the reviews here.. I see this is common. Be aware that this will not the fastest visit but the staff does seem to be getting better. The doctor is very helpful and nice“
