Eyes on Lake Norman Optometry

My wife Brook and I recently moved to the area and were looking for an eye doctor and randomly picked Eyes on Lake Norman and what a great pick. Dr. Sugarman was great, listened to me, answered all of my questions and took his time to make sure he had addressed all of my concerns and he did, a 5 start eye doctor. The staff he has working with him are all 5 stars. They made us feel so comfortable, helped us pick out the glasses that were best for us and did so without trying to push the most expensive or a brand they "needed" to sale, they were truly helping us. First of all, shoutout to Amy on the phone she is AMAZING! So attentive, so helpful, and so so easy to talk to! Ive been a patient for over 5 years and have always had the most incredible experiences with the staff. Thank you guys!!

Dr Sugarman and his staff are awesome! I wanted to try the eye drops that can replace reading glasses, but he warned me they often don’t provide enough correction for a patient to be satisfied. He was correct, but I did get to try them. He suggested trying one contact for reading, which I will try on my next visit.He also referred me to another amazing doctor for possible eyelid lift. I had the procedure 10 months ago and I couldn’t be happier. I did not realize how obstructed my vision was from my eyelid droop.Thank you for being so thorough and addressing all of my concerns!
