Not sure if the gentleman who answered the phone at 8:30pm on a Saturday was Tony Smith himself but he was obviously busy with dinner with his family or friends and took my call anyway and set me up with his guy RJ. Less than 2 hours later my elderly parents had their water back on and at a ridiculously good price. Solid dudes, both of them. This is the 3rd fitting burst I've had in the past year and I'm super impressed with their service and am awaiting a quote to go ahead and replace the rest of the old equipment under the house.
