Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option. Called to schedule someone to come out to quote a job for a local dental office. I was told that they they were too busy to come the current week. I had no issue with that, as I understand how businesses get busy and behind. I was told by Pam that she would check the schedule and call me back to let me know when James could come by the office “next week” for the quote. Pam never called and James never came. A week and a half later, I called Pam to see if they were still interested in doing business and having someone come by for a quote. She assured me that they were and that James “would be by Friday around lunchtime”...read full review
