Trainers near Rock Hill picked by BestProsInTown
“Great experience at Modern Warrior MMA. My good friend Pedro trains there and hosted me and my business group Executive Club there for a private training session given by his coach Keith.
You can tell they put a lot of intention into their training and it's a very no BS style. If you really want to learn MMA, this is the place to do it.”
“The trainers and staff are excellent. Josh, Austin and Dylan, in particular have been very helpful. I am in a wheelchair, but I am able to use the pool and participate in the group fitness sessions. Josh and Austin have helped me modify many of the group exercises to accommodate my wheelchair. The new “head janitor” is such a friendly face in the mornings. She does such a good job keeping the place clean in the mornings. Emily is also a smiling presence when I arrive. Overall, the staff is attentive, welcoming, and available for questions, etc. Yes, the physical maintenance is a bit disappointing, but this great staff makes up for that for me, anyway. I look forward to my workouts there.,”
“Danny is both my physical and mental therapist, 10/10. Karen on the other hand is the best intake coordinator out there”
