“My experience with Off-Leash and Cody has been consistently exceptional for over two years now. I enrolled my corgi, Queenie, in the Jump Start Program with Cody back in March 2022, and I have been thoroughly impressed ever since. Cody's profound understanding of training and his innate ability to form an immediate and enduring bond with Queenie left me amazed. Throughout her 10-day training program, Cody kept me updated daily on Queenie's progress and the new skills she was mastering. By the time she returned home, Queenie was proficient in walking on a leash, responding to recall commands, and obeying specific placement commands. Cody has always been readily available to assist me whenever new unwanted behaviors have emerged, providing invaluable coaching for both Queenie and myself on how to address and correct these behaviors effectively. Everything was going to be cheaper than the estimates I was given after calling around to a few other offices. I sent an email asking about the concerns that I had for my pet and got a prompt response from Dr. Mike. I was able to set up an appointment easily. The visit went well! The office is cute house that has been converted to fit the needs of a vet. It was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to my over dramatic dog. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Dr. Mike was very helpful and honest when it came to choosing preventative meds. All around great experience and I will continue to take Mazikeen here for any future needs!“

They remember his name when they see him and he is always ridiculously excited when we pull into the parking area. When he stays for daycare or boarding, they send reports each day and include photos for us while we are away.“

“I rarely post reviews on establishments but we had an extraordinarily great experience at this one. We live in Burlington NC and had just been notified that we had a family emergency in the Charlotte NC area and had to find IMMEDIATE daycare and boarding for our 2 year old beagle. A shout-out to "Sydney" for her tender care of our family. She immediately created an account for our dog, took her in for an evaluation (social, temperament etc) and stated that, based on the evaluation they would either keep her in group or in individual care...but that regardless...they would care for Binkie as long as it took for us to be with our family at the hospital. We were gone for 3 full days and nights and our family members did not survive. Since we were not in our hometown we would have lost precious time with our loved ones had we needed to go back and forth from the hospital to care for Binkie. To Sydney and all of you at PetSuites Prosperity Ridge: We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring for us so beautifully through the love you showed to Binkie during this tragedy. “This is one of those places where the reviews don’t match up with the facility.We’ve been a couple times due to our dog needing various things. Prices are good, vets are kind/knowledgable, and we get seen in a fair amount of time.I’m very confused why this place even has any negative reviews. The staff are top notch and don’t try to sell items that are not necessary for our dog.“

“I came in last night around 2/3am in tears and an absolute mess with my dog . after test and x-rays i made the decision to put my baby down and the staff that worked that shift were amazing the empathy and compassion they showed me was above and beyond. I’ve never experienced anything like that , they deserve the world the nurse even let me keep the blankets he was in and offered me his paw prints and they were boxed up and tied with a bow. One of the worst nights i’ve ever had and they made me feel heard and welcomed thank you to those ladies ! “

“We were so lucky to have been recommended to Mike, Joslyn and their wonderful team by the foster mom of one of our little rescues. We are fairly new to Charlotte and this is our first time as parents to canine fur-babies. We were super nervous about leaving them for the first time but Mike and Joslyns love for dogs was so evident from the first meeting. They advised we stagger the dogs over the 2 week program with one going in a week before the other so we would not be overwhelmed when they returned and we needed to continue to reinforce the 1:1 training. Mike came over this morning with fur monster 1 and spent 5 hours with us going over all the training. Our rescues are very young and one is particularly excitable and was very overwhelming handling her particularly on a leash. The progress after a mere 2 weeks is amazing. Hakuna is giving us the skills and confidence to continue with her (their) progress and we feel so lucky to have them as a local resource as we continue our training journey. Can't recommend enough.“
