Stephanie was so kind and helpful when I called to report an issue with a product I purchased. She made the process so seamless and even called back to help further! She even asked about the well-being of my dogs! Thank you!!!

2nd time to have my Bear had his grooming, bath, etc here since we moved down here in May. Stephen has always been great in taking care of him throughout the process, from the before, the actual and after. Stephen and the rest of the crew made us feel welcome and they are all rockstar in my book.

Omg! Thank you Sara for going above and beyond! You handled my situation like a real boss! You got involved, made it happen and relieved my stress before we arrived with Dime! Also, the assistant manager was so friendly and welcoming. Dime was so happy!! You all rock!!! I highly recommend Pet Smart Hotel!!
