I rarely post reviews on establishments but we had an extraordinarily great experience at this one. We live in Burlington NC and had just been notified that we had a family emergency in the Charlotte NC area and had to find IMMEDIATE daycare and boarding for our 2 year old beagle. A shout-out to "Sydney" for her tender care of our family. She immediately created an account for our dog, took her in for an evaluation (social, temperament etc) and stated that, based on the evaluation they would either keep her in group or in individual care...but that regardless...they would care for Binkie as long as it took for us to be with our family at the hospital. My two dogs' first time boarding anywhere was a success because of PetSuites Prosperity Ridge. One of my dogs has bad separation anxiety too, but they kept my dogs together and took great care of them for 3 days. I would definitely board my dogs here again. They were caring and patient with my dogs, and my dogs felt safe and loved. Five stars!

My yorkie is five years old and has never been boarded in a kennel,so I was concerned about how he would adjust. PetSuites offered a free tryout daycare stay. My dog did fine and I look forward to boarding him for a longer period of time.
